Automatic Lubrication
With an automatic greasing system all grease points of the trailer are greased automatically with the correct amount of grease.
The system consists of pump with an integral reservoir, a primary line with one or more distribution blocks, metering units, secondary lines and connectors. Grease is transferred from the reservoir by the pump, via the primary line to the distribution blocks.
If the trailer has air brakes, the greasing unit will be operated by compressed air, with grease being dispensed after a fixed number of applications of the brakes, otherwise, an electric pump with a timer is used. Both systems can be adjusted to make sure the amount of grease being sent to the components is appropriate for the work being done.
As greasing takes place while the trailer is in operation the applied grease is spread optimally over the whole surface to be greased. The greasing system requires no input from the operator other than to periodically replace the grease in the reservoir.

Pressure Switch
- Equipped with a pressure switch in the main line system as standard, a break in the main line is immediately detected and reported
